About Us
Since setting up in 1964 Barton & Redman have become one of the UK's largest independant Fruit and Veg wholesaler selling on average 200 pallets (around 200 tones) of stock every day. We operate 16 outlets in the UK employing in excess of 40 staff.
Barton & Redman operates the Bulk of its business from Machesters Smithfield market. Our unit is open to the general public and trade from Monday to Saturday. Orders can be placed by phone during opening hours and fax or email after hours.
Our van fleet
We run a large fleet of highly serviced vehicle's from 7.5 tonne to 18 tonne capacity. We are also a well established Haulier that are very competitive in our pricing structure to rival any of our competition.
Most of our deliveries are from orders placed the day before, so remember, the earlier you book the quicker we deliver. All deliveries are fully insured
